Amp for grado SR225i and ultrasone hfi-780
i second the little dot or an ibasso D10 since it's right up your budget alley, small and comes with a good dac. if you go with the little dot, consider to spend another 250$ on the little doc dac_I I was pretty impressed by the difference it made.- berlinguyinca

one source, several amplifier?
thanks for your response. Yes that's an excellent idea, besides that the CD player is a SACD player so I would use the analog out too, so the dac is not really required in all cases.- berlinguyinca

noob question about SACD as source and possible DAC_I
hi I have a short question, my current setup current setup: Denon 1940i => (RAC) => LD MK1+ => AH-D5000 playing an SACD now would it make sense to change it to: Denon 1940i => (COAX) => DAC_I => LD MK1+ => AH-D5000 and still be able to play SACD's or is the SACD signal not...- berlinguyinca

SRH840 impression
quite happy with them and very comfortable. I can easily wear them for 8h+ in the office without getting hot ears or headache. Soundwise, can't say. Lacking something to compare it too, but will compare it once the AH-D5000 arrives. But from memory my HD-600 was way more impressive, but this...- berlinguyinca

noob iTunes question
hi, I'm quite sure this had been covered before, but I couldn't find it. So I'm gonna ask. For this I acquired...- berlinguyinca
