Cowon J3? expandable memory, and has the cowon pedigree of SQ.   IE8 is great for hiphop/rap, especially with some custom sleeves

I feel your pain man, i hate people that sell fakes!! I spent about a month deciding where to get my IE8's   It seems counterfeiters seem to really like targeting Sennheiser products
