Does anyone know of this amp gets RF interference from using it on an iPhone or other GSM phone? Thanks!

Managed to get it working. Turned out the Glacier's charge was too small for it to be recognized by my work computer.  So I had to charge it up using a wall charger first.  After it was fully charged, I turned it on and connected it to a USB port and the computer recognized, and installed the...

Pressed the reset button a number of times, and no go :(. Going to go home and try it on my Mac and see if its my work computer that's acting up.

Was thinking the same thing, but I was running my ttvj slim through the usb ports with no problems before when the usb ports suddenly stopped charging my slim. i think both the slim and glacier require 500mah usb out?

Unfortunately, it won't charge through either the charging or data port through usb on my computer.  I just found a spare wall charger unit and plugged the usb into that and i have it charging via an outlet. so it works in that respect. Thanks for your help though :)

Can concur that Matthew is awesome to deal with. Just ordered the hybrid cable from him and he offered to change the terminus on a another cable I bought from him even though the mistake was my fault. Would gladly do business with him over and over again :).

i was actually thinking about ordering craig's micro Twag.  i've ordered a couple of his products and find his service and products to be outstanding. sorry i can't offer you any first hand observations regarding the cable's compatibility. i have an iphone 4 as well, but i'm waiting on my bumper...

qusp - thanks for your great insight and the verification that i'm not going crazy here :).  i can push it in slightly more into the rsa shadow amp, and hear sounds from both sides of my jh13 pro, but once i push the mini in all the way, then the sound only comes out from one side :(. 

i think that's part of the problem.  i can't determine whether the connection problem is with the iphone, the amp, or just the cable, especially since i have very limited technical expertise in this area.  sigh. 

well, i tend to use the mini-mini when i have to charge my iphone 3g and want to use the amp and listen to music at the same time.  otherwise, while i'm not charging the iphone 3g at work, i'll use the lod :).  if only apple had created a dedicated charging port into their iphone, then i...
