Vsonic GR07 mk2 price increase?
Did lendmeurears @ ebay increase the price of the GR07s from $159 to $195 USD suddenly. I was about to purchase these from them. But I am not sure if I should wait for the price to come back to the origial price or not. Does anyone have any idea? There is another seller who is selling them for...- bhaskarjyotik

[REVIEW] Shure SE215
Quote: Thanks a lot! Appreciate it. I am thinking of upgrading. And I would love suggestions. Here is what I am thinking. 1. Vsonic GR01 for classical (lot of details) 2. GR07 for everything else (jazz and rock) How would you compare the GR07 to Westone UM3? I was also...- bhaskarjyotik

[REVIEW] Shure SE215
Quote: Sorry about highjacking the thread! How would you compare the Phonak PFE111 to the GR07s? I am currently using the JVC FXD80s and the Yamaha EPH100s. I do like them a lot. especially the details on the JVC and the instrument separation and soundstage on the yamahas. But I feel...- bhaskarjyotik

[REVIEW] Shure SE215

Westone 3 Impressions Thread
Could anyone recommend a pair of ear guides that go well with the W3s? How well will these work? The W3 cables are thinner than Phonak cables. http://www.audeoworld.com/en/US/Products/Parts/Siliconeearguides.htm- bhaskarjyotik

The ATH-CKM500..The best CKM earphone yet.
Quote: I felt that the Ety ER6 has very weak bass even with a good seal. Since the HF5s are very similar in signature I might not consider them. I do like the sub bass presence. What I do not like is when the mid bass overpowers the mids. Now I am considering either the CKM500s or...- bhaskarjyotik

IEM recommendation (~$100) for an ATH-M50 lover
Quote: I think I got a good seal with them. I tried them on the street and also in the subway. I felt that the seal was good. But I felt like it lacked in the bass department. Or may be I was just stupid back then. I like the tight sub bass of the Klipsch Image X10s but would prefer...- bhaskarjyotik

Quote: @Dsnuts Thanks so much. Now I need to choose one between the CKM500s and Ety HF5. Could you please help? I am not sure how the HF5s sound like. I remember trying some pair of Etymotics of a friend in the past (I think it was ER6), I found them to be quite lacking in...- bhaskarjyotik

JVC HA-FXT90 Thread
Quote: I have the JVC FXD80s. How do you compare the FXT90s to the FXD80s (in terms of bass, mids and highs)? I feel like the FXD80s have a little too much bass near the mids which slightly overpower the mids. Love the highs though. Do you think the CKM500s would be more to my...- bhaskarjyotik

Review of the Audio-GD FUN - A modular Dac / Headphone amp / Preamp
Hi FUN users, I have decided to place an order for the A-version. The only thing I could not decide on is whether to opt for the DIR9001 or the WM8805. I will pair it with the Senn HD650 using macbook pro Optical out. I was wondering if anyone can help me choose one between them. ...- bhaskarjyotik
