is it possible to audition a variety of portable amps?

My IEM is the Shure SE535 and headphone is the V-Moda M-100. All data is .wav and preferred genre is R&B. Has anyone tried both setups mentioned in title? If so, your feedback (comparison) would be most appreciated.
