Earlier on, the hd650 sounded really congested to me. But after lots and lots of burn in time, they sound better. But is it burn in or just me getting used to the sound? I couldn't really tell you. Either way, now I like them.

DT770 was great. Intense but not overpowering. HD650 is the next best bass I've heard. DT770's highs were just too intense and harsh for my ears.

Sometimes I can hear my heart beat when using my Shures. For those with experience with both kinds, is this phenomenon of hearing or feeling your heart beat in your ears less pronounced or less present on inner-ear mold canalphones such as ultimate ears? Thanks!

I have read about using the rubber tips from the sony ex71 on the shure e2c. I am dissatisfied with the comfort on the e2c rubber tips and don't like the foam too much. Where might I be able to buy new sets of the rubber tips for the sonys to use on the shures? Thanks!
