the black plastic things that the headband attaches to on my sr325is's has just broken - between the metal headband and the plastic inside the box there should be a pin that holds the headband in place. well, that's broken off, and this time on a headphone that i haven't even remotely rough...

ideally you should use boiling water for the metal 325's. don't know about the plastics, they might be moulded on.
