Hi again everyone sgaudiohive return to me.. they are fix my cracked Kiwi Ears IEM.. i'm soo happy with this news.. added pictures after fixing... :)

BTWA i contacted to sgaudiohive.com and they gave positive return to me. i gues they will fix my cracked IEM.. :) i have a hope for my Orchestra IEM again.. :) i will share the result with you.

My Friend says Taiwanese local seller, maybe its wrong.. Contacting that seller is not important anymore.. cos you say "They are unable to repair earphones that have been broken into pieces because they do not manufacturer one earbud only." Thank you for checked situations at Kiwi Ears...

BTWA.. If anyone knows the contact information of Kiwi Ears company, I would appreciate it if they would send it to me..

..you must think Hiby Link support for EM5.. i guess Hiby Link UI solve most of the problems.. cos remote control UI is most problematic thing of EM5. or you must add stream services (Tidal, Qobuz etc) over SyncLink app..

BTWA i can use with my DAC over EM5 "USB-A Input".. Folks! this is something very precious! Cos EM5 USB-A input acting like a USB DAC-Out.. and sound performence more better then Coax and Optical Digital outputs.. did you know this thing? i'm really happy with this "USB-A DAC out" thing...

Hi, i want use EM5 as (Fixed Volume) Line-Out DAC mode with RCA out.. i do not touch to volume knobe.. but sound is not stable.. volume increase and decreases.. i guess.. my Nuprime DAC-10 is to protect circuits from high voltage from EM5 RCA out (at Turbo Gain Mode fixed).. i can not change...

yeap.. mine came 3-4 days before.. and this is great unit!! even at price point of under 500$..   first of all. Build and component quailty far more better than other Chinese cheap brands..   Good components mean; quality analog out stage and clean finishing.. it has more lower noise level...

they say; this is defective product send us and renew it..
