MrSpeakers Alpha Dog Revealed! - The World's First Production 3D-Printed Headphones
I just started checking out my AD, got a few hours in so far. Still trying to adjust to the lighter bass. I know it is there, but the low end just doesn't seem as full. How do you know if you have a good seal? maybe that is my issue or I just need to adjust since I used He-400's so much.- wheelsx45

Sennheiser HD650 & Massdrop HD6XX Impressions Thread
How much sound leakage/isolation do the hd650 have compared to Hifiman or Audeze headphones. I know it will have leakage, but is it as severe as the others?- wheelsx45

Opinions on DAC / Amp combo
Check out the Audinst Hud-mx1. It is a good DAC/AMP combo with a optical output as well. It is really good for this price point. I am not sure, did you need a optical output or input?- wheelsx45

Mad Dog versus Momentum
I would say defiantly go for the Mad Dog, if its mostly home use. Though, if you are going to be using for portable use quite often, the Momemtums seem like a better choice. Momemtum has a good build for portable and I beleive it does not need much amping.- wheelsx45

MrSpeakers Alpha Dog Revealed! - The World's First Production 3D-Printed Headphones
What I am wondering is if the ADs are an improved Mad Dog or a completely separate thing? Would a person with ADs ever want to downgrade to Mads? Bought the Alpha dogs (still waiting) but the more I hear about the Mad Dogs, they seem to match the sound I prefer.- wheelsx45

Fostex TH600 Dynamic Headphones
How is the cable on the th600? I had Denon d2000 and the cable was the worst. From all the photos they seem to all share the same cable.- wheelsx45

Headphone for Schiit Asgard and BiFrost combo
The Denon AH-D2000 seems like it would be good for you and the music genres you listen to, jack of all trades but it is really good with Hip-hop and Rock type genres.. I dont think those AKG will be good for the music, not sure about the Beyers. It also has synergy with the Asgard.- wheelsx45

Upgrade from Denon d2000 to d7000 or he-500?
Quote: This was my first dac/hp amp so I am not expirienced. I noticed the soundstage open up, more detail the bass seemed cleaner/fuller and added a nice slam to it, made my denon d2000 even better, nothing negative to say about it. The two seem to match up pretty well, other people...- wheelsx45

Upgrade from Denon d2000 to d7000 or he-500?
Sounds like I wont be disapointed with the he-500s. I know the denon lineup leaks quite a bit for being closed type, do the hifiman's leak much more? I would assume they do.- wheelsx45
