Sorry for what I'm gonna say but I believe that you guys should be more critical to the products you're getting for your hardworking money. Let's admit - SR35 has many shortcomings and I'm sure AK is monitoring all our comments which help them understand what exactly should be fixed or updated...

I sent mine back. My retired Iphone 6s is ten times faster than this 2023 audio "miracle". I can see SR35 open box almost in every web store now.

investing in electronics is not profitable - never was. AK charges their customers with new 4 digit price tag because they can and people keep paying them no matter what.

in terms of sound quality - SR35 sounds pretty good for its price. Comparing to my SP2000 (In culinary terms) SR35 tastes like topping while SP2000 has a full flavor of delicious pie. I don't have SP3000 which, according to some reviewers opinion, supposed to have "same signature sound "...

That's what I've found not to be happy about )) 1. Samsung stock charger 5v 2A / 9v 1.7A is not gonna charge this thing (unlike AK SP2000). Traditional 5v 2A (no quick charge option) is fine. 2. I don't like the Power button placement- it's same size and location as the playback ones...

From my experience unbalanced 3.5mm output is much better for my JH13 Pro ear buds than 4.4 balanced and I don't know why. There's much more details when the JH13 is hooked up to 3.5
