AirPods Max
And there you have it. Perfect response that even if the people go and get their pants rustled up. While I despise apple, I don't mind it if they did one thing right in an area. That also doesn't mean I'll go preach the "its not worth it" message as actual audio enthusiast reviewers already did...- vlenbo

AirPods Max
Don't forget to consider that you guys are in a forum where people want reccomendations. This website is chock full of hype. Of course if one person goes overboard on how great something is, or how horrible you need to specify. It is not really your fault for saying it without any context...- vlenbo

AirPods Max
I suggest you and the others who are really unsatisfied with the stupid comparisons over high end rigs to either ignore or leave the thread. I've been reading this thread for a while and understand that regardless how good or bad a headphone performs they don't care, regardless of price. For...- vlenbo

Audio-Technica ATH-R70x - In-Depth Review & Impressions
Yeah best bang for buck would definitely be the hd560s. Its price bracket can beat above most 300-400 to even 500 headphones (word of mouth). Don't know if that includes against the r70xs though. Reason, while you say bass detail and texture is great, there are others who say its not so good...- vlenbo

I think I'll go buy one before the ckr90 then. I honestly didn't like the fit of the cks1100 or the bass quantity on those, despite the quality of it. Hopefully this one will not disappoint and will sound more impressive than even my Msr7. Thanks Jant! @doctorjazz Do the DM3s go neck to neck...- vlenbo

Please tell us, how do the sound? Apparently they're balanced, have good crispy treble and the bass extends well? I needed that on the msr7s, the subbass that is.- vlenbo

Not a discovery unfortunately, but a review of the msr7s since it used to be pretty popular. Just trying to contribute my experiences with it. https://www.head-fi.org/threads/review-the-ath-msr7-a-headphone-with-a-stylish-personality.857693/- vlenbo

[Review] The Ath-Msr7, A Headphone with A Stylish Personality!
IMAGES I took the liberty to take additional photos of the ath-msr7's beauty. You also get to see where the 3.5mm headphone jack is connected, the plushy appearance of the ear cushions and the materials used for its housing.- vlenbo

Thought I was an audiophile, what's wrong?
The older computers actually required sound cards to sound their best. Now that the latest intel motherboards have the latest realtek drivers and sound chips, there's no NEED for a sound card. Now, if you want to improve the sound quality, you could get a sound card, but I think it's a better...- vlenbo

Thought I was an audiophile, what's wrong?
Let me ask you an imperative question. Do you find yourself longing for a specific frequency? Do you expect more clarity? Because your ad900x are pretty dang clear, as are the ad700x and ad500x. This series is usually about details and clarity over bass. The Hifiman HE400 sounds like it's about...- vlenbo

Some headfiers mentioned before that Sony went to try newer technology due to newer = better. That goes for all other companies too. Aurisonics, Fidue, etc. I mean even sony's old models beat their latest models, and that's saying something. I'm planning on getting the mdr 7550 because of that.- vlenbo

Is the bass tighter than the sony xba-h3? Does it reach lower than the h3 with more punch and subbass?- vlenbo
