Yes, it's happened to me too and at least two other people, see this post. There is no fix that I'm aware of. I've moved onto the FiiO FH7 and I love them.

I think this has happened to me too. Is the Ear Phone Tube not supposed to come away from the ear piece like in the pic I'll attach? I can't seem to get it to stay back in.
