Is there any guidelines on how to wash those pads while not damaging it? I am not sure what kind of material inside the pads, not sure if using some detergent or shampoo will cause something bad to the foam inside the pads.- TitaniteXtreme

The AKG K712 Pro Support and Impressions Thread
I am referring to this document http://www.akg-pro.ch/files_ap/AKG/Produkte/K702%2065th%20Anniversary%20Limited%20Edition/akg_k702_65th_anniversary_limited_edition_katalog_de.pdf Since it didn't mention K612 Pro is made in Austria, so I assume it is made in China. Struggling between Philips Fidelio X1 and AKG K712 Pro. Any Ideas?
That Shure SRH1540 with a carbon fibre design does looks very sexy~ One thing I like about closed back headphones is that I think their bass impact and slam is slightly better than open back headphones.- TitaniteXtreme

Struggling between Philips Fidelio X1 and AKG K712 Pro. Any Ideas?
K712 is a balance sounding headphone, with emphasis on the mid range. One reason I bought K712 is because personally I like mid-emphasize headphones. The mid range of this headphone will sound more intimate. It is not thick sounding, instead it sounds very airy.- TitaniteXtreme

Struggling between Philips Fidelio X1 and AKG K712 Pro. Any Ideas?
I think is quite nice, so far very satisfied with it. This is a balance sounding headphone, so I think the bass is just nice, not too strong, not too weak.
