IEM $400 budget (want Atrio level bass), podcasts, youtube, hiphop, latin music, house, DURABLE

Subject. Till this day, Atrio M5 has been my favorite IEM, ever since I had an original PSP, and it was DURABLE. I just want something like that again (obviously many years have passed, so other better things have come out). $400 as a budget is pushing it (ideally I get some $100 / $200 stuff)...

$370 budget (iPhone 7 use). Excellent base, durability, soundstage, sweat friendly, for Youtube & audio books, for commute use. Hip hop / Latin / Lofi / Ambient meditation stuff.

They're on backorder. Would you recommend me buying it from ebay, or ordering it directly from them? Also, bump, just in case anyone else has suggestions.

Now I'm looking to combine all those into an IEM. I would accept closed headphones but it seems all of them require an amp, and I already have...

Closed headphone or IEM with good sound isolation for sub $260. Suggestions?

So I'll give you my history.   I started off with the Atrio M5 (now called the AtrioX I believe). They were unbelievably good for my first time using good headphone equipment. Over the years I've bought all together about 4 replacements for them. I later ended up buying Fisher Audio DBA-02...
