We yell at her within 5 feet so she can hear (with hearing aids).  It's just something a bit beyond anything we can do for her at this point :(  It only took about 2-3 minutes before she was tired of it.

Thanks for the help everybody, but nothing worked.  It was either too loud, or not loud enough.  I don't know which frequencies she can hear, but it's sad she cannot hear music anymore.  These will be in the for sale section soon...

I totally agree! But not only is that very expensive, she cannot be moved out of the building...so we're  basically on our own. She can hear us when we are yelling next to her.

This may sound a bit sad, but she is in her 90s and does not want to live anymore.  She is a music lover and hasn't heard music for over a decade.  We are going to surprise her in a week or two with music!   I'm looking for something very very light, probably supra-aural cans with a fiio...
