Your speakers will likely become less lively going from 80 to 22 watt. Definitely give N22 a listen before getting rid of the Sony. I think you scratching the bottom with 22 watt

 will fry your brain if blind testet

Me neither, I just haven't found any alternative to my mini PC . all I found are some very hi - end -priced media steamer/servers which won't offer any sonic improvement to what I have. A silent mini-pc, plus some good media software, and you will have to think "its a pc/mac" to really be bothered.

Demoed both, plus 2 other dacs at home last week. my favorite without contest was the dp1. You will never know the best dac in your price range without listening.- its the only way

consider using a vst EQ if run in 64bit like jriver sound q won't degrade but you need a good transparent Eq, and spend some time experimenting done right and you will be surprised

this thing looks real sweet man. I have a Luxman power amp from about late 1970,  and I LOVE the sound.

a vinyl friend of mine checked out 4-5 dacs at home before choosing Wyred4Sound. his preferences are/was close to yours. you really should give some dacs a listen at home before deciding
