MDR V6 Help
The jack on my V6 is loose-fitting on my amps too. The jack seems to be a tiny bit on the small side, and must be wiggled around sometimes in the jack, to get the correct sound from the cans. The V6 is the only cans I have that are like this. My cans that have good Neutrik plugs fit the...- silverrain

Best Cans for Hardcore/Metal ($300-500)
Also, the Ultrasone PRO 750 and HFI-780 are almost as good as the PRO 900, but lower prices.- silverrain

When it comes to "brutality" -- the PRO 900 "takes the gloves off"! If the music has sweet vocals, they will deliver. If the music gets down, dirty, and brutal, these cans can be "Rated X".- silverrain

Best Cans for Hardcore/Metal ($300-500)
Ultrasone PRO 900 is very good can, and easy to drive -- even a CMOY might do it justice. And I have found that even the Grado SR80 is an upgrade to the SR60, if you like the Grado sound. Both cans can live with a CMOY amp, if you want/need to delay the amp purchase for later. Been there...- silverrain

Question about Darth Beyers.
Every one of the MANY different types and models of Darth, have a different sound quality. Too many peeps on here judge *all* Darths by just heresay or just after owning ONE particular model that they happened to not like. Lots of happy Darth owners are on Head-Fi. If someone posts anything...- silverrain
