I use "Wonder Solder" that I got from Michael Percy Audio - works well.  I think the percentages are a secret :)  - a wee bit cheaper than Cardas.

What tomb says is quite true...  it's definitely easier than it sounds to replace the tube LEDs.    Personally, I like the 'color change' LEDs that are on the beezar site.  But, I'll admit they might not be everybody's cup of tea.

check the schematic... that pin is probably not used if it fell off that easily...  (Something similar happened to me on a Mini^3.)

Best advice I can give... triple check your orders to DigiKey, Mouser and the like. else you'll get stuff you don't need and will likely never need... and thus you will have to go through the hassle of returning it. And, hold on to your wallet

Very nice. Just a question ... Why did you choose to tombstone the resistors when you have all that space available??? Please don't consider this as an attack... I'm thinking about doing some design on my own and I'm just curious about design alternatives. Thanks,
