Was thinking about replacing it with a high quality capacitor like Black Gate or the like. But I might just Bypass it and check offset then.

Changed the opamp in 10 mins, it was a no-brainer. The way I did it with the cheap opamp on the card is a bit more crude.. I just cut the legs off and removed them from the pads with the soldertip. Then I just put the new LM4562 SO-8 in it's place and soldered it there. Sounds.. different...

I got an 'old' Weller WECP-20. It's doing it's job pretty well for not having costed me a single cent.

I got hold of 2 pieces of 8610 from a friend. But as i have serious trouble getting hold of more of thoose in sweden, i should be able to use another opamp for the ground? Which opamp should i try to aquire to fill that position?
