sm3s and westone4. These are too fragile... dropped them on the floor when they were just out of warranty and the sound's diminished in the sm3 and absent on one side of the westone. too expensive to replace the drivers... sigh...

I use the iPhone 4 with a cheap 5 dollar lod coupled with a koss volume control cable with my sm3. The sm3 have increased detail and stage n the difference is enough for me to use the lod method. When I'm walking on the street with lots of ambient noise I can't tell the difference.

Better bass, more precise. The roll off is def there. A trifle warm sorta pic. Paired with the FA 003 it makes jazz rock pop more lively. May not be the best pairing for classical. It's not neutral. I like the amp but had prob with gd-audiobase cos they missed out on an item and have not been...

Good amp. Power button looks slightly flimsy though.

Listening to these with the HA 02 amping them... really amazing... and it's not even burned in. =)

If you know what you want, it may be better just getting the phones from amazon and using vpost or comgateway etc to have them shipped over. The price difference can be phenomenal, as i have found out after running around sim lim, adelphi, funan.  

Think the market is too small for itunes. That's the same reason why yahoo auctions pulled out a couple of years back!

First post after a year of ghosting haha =) NE-700x rox and has become my fave buds to tow around... transparent enough, and nice balanced bass. On the warm side.   Wish they provided tips in between the small and medium ones. Isolation is only so so on the small ones, and the medium one...
