Have you tried Bluetooth connectivity? If so check that no device is connected to the Poly as Bluetooth has a higher connection priority.

I think it would be best to email Kingwa for this question. If I was to guess, the PC Driver page http://www.audio-gd.com/Pro/dac/USB32/USB32EN.htm refers to a 'driver logo : audio-gd', this could be the name of the 11.32 in the sound output device on your Mac. It was for me.

No I have not, (sorry to hear about your problems Warrax). I have connected the 11.32 directly to the power socket, to a single power board and a second power board itself connected to another power board (eek). All is fine for me.
