New Shure SE215 - First Impressions
Hello! I had the SE535s previously but I could not motivate the price so I sold them. However, I'm thinking of buying a pair SE215 instead. I quite like a microphone with volume adjustment, and as the cable is replace I would like to get a new cable for these units. Does anyone have a...- Parmesan

Computer Speakers $200-$250.
Quote: I live in Sweden. The Denon 1312 seems to be out of production, or there are no resellers in Sweden for that amp. The closest (read cheapest) I can get is Denon 1513 and will cost around $350, which is a notch over my budet.- Parmesan

Computer Speakers $200-$250.
I found out it has optical in and out. I never realized it had those options available! Since I don't live in the US makes it harder for me to get those specific items you listed which is sad. The shipping cost will possibly be quite high if I order the items from overseas. I will have to...- Parmesan

Computer Speakers $200-$250.
Quote: Alright, that sounds reasonable. Also, I use a Mac. I looked at the back and there is a 3.5mm jack, USB 2.0 and FireWire 800. I guess I have to connect the amplifier to the 3.5 jack in order to make it work with best results, correct? Are there any other equipment I should...- Parmesan

Computer Speakers $200-$250.
Quote: Thank you very much for input! I will have room for that amplifier, however, I would rather get a smaller one since I'm only planning to get 2.0, and possibly connecting a sub later on if I'm not satisfied with the sound. Could you recommend any speakers which will work...- Parmesan

Computer Speakers $200-$250.
I'm totally new to this. I have looked at the Audioengine A5+ and Bose companion 5. But from what I've read from this thread I should get an amplifier and a pair of speakers separately to get most bang for the buck. I have a slightly higher budget; 4-500$. Does anyone have any tips for me what...- Parmesan

I was quite surprised by the earpods when I first tried them. Compared to the previous stock pieces from apple, this is a descent upgrade!- Parmesan

I'm currently using a 8 year old CD-stereo system (Panasonic SA-PM03). The left speaker is sort of started glitching, or lagging so I think it's time to upgrade this system. I'm totally new to computer audio. What would be a decent setup to replace the current one with? Price range: around...- Parmesan

Rate The Last Movie You Watched
Catch me if you can - I'll give it 7/10 since it's a quite cool story and apparently some parts (or the whole thing) is based on a true story!- Parmesan

What Live concerts have you attended?
I rarely go to any live conserts but I have been to a few: Toto (twice), U2, Iron Maiden, Justice. All bands I want to see never come to Scandinavia, so I'm keeping my hopes up until that day comes! -
Any anime series that you've been enjoying?
