Yup... mine can last around 8 hours playing a mixture of FLAC, AAC & MP3   Perhaps try a battery cycle

Not recommended at all.. better use drag & drop

You don't need to open the hex file... with the AK120 connected, just drag & drop the hex file to the root folder of your unit. Once done, disconnect the unit & it will restart & update the firmware

May I ask why?   I'm considering the K10 as my 1st CIEM so any inputs are much appreciated, thanks.

Pretty sure it's the Roxanne If you read the last few pages in this thread, you'll see that some people still have not received their Roxanne orders yet.. So if there's a new JH CIEM on the horizon, there'll be hell to pay for JH

I'd advise you to get familiar with the stock tubes first.. then read the comments/reviews from other members re the different tubes' sound signatures and see if there's anything that suits your preference/taste   6FD7 & 6EW7 are recommended by many members here..
