I tried neptune and anole v3 last year, I like v3 a lot more than neptune. Didn't went and order it, now they released one that's between, qdc Mona Lisa. It's based on 2se, I wonder how it sound.

Tried on my fitear, the hiss is quite bad.

I was also thinking of getting hugo, just worried it doesn't have enough power for LcD-3, more suitable for low impedience like LCD-X.

A chord hugo would be a much simpler setup although wagnus tube pre-amp + epsilon gave a better sound. I usually listen on my bed.

I have a240 as source. Got LCD-3 on order, wanna look for an portable amp to pair with, wondering is it better just get LCD-X, easier to find an amp. Fickle minded :P

So the tube amp increase the power. Without the tube preamp, epsilon s not enough juice to power LcD-3F?

I went today, argh miss the chance to try it out. So good it sounds almost like Mr.Rudi gonna ditch hugo. I tried LCD-3, LCD-X and LCD-XC today too but haven't decide which one.

Just got mine 2 days ago. Currently busy with work just drop a few music files in there. Listening to DSD files is pure joy. My 335dw is still in production, I wonder should I get a balanced cable
