What timing! I got the confirmation email yesterday that my K10s are ready. I should have them by the end of the week.

Mine has been 10 weeks and counting since my impressions arrived at the lab so you might have a few more weeks to wait.

Will this new manufacturing process for the Prestige result in a more accurate final fit from the impressions?

Yikes, add that to the already 2-3 week delay and mine could wind up taking over 3 months for delivery.

I'm hoping JH and Noble will have audiologists available to do ear impressions. I'm in the market for the Roxanne or K10 and will probably do a purchase.

I plan on being there as long as work doesn't get in the way.

I really like the case that comes with the AK100II, I wish the AK120II came with the same one. I hope iRiver will make one available on their online store.

I have a question for you AK120II owners...   Does the volume knob make a mechanical clicking sound when you turn it?  I just noticed it today, but maybe it's been like that all the time but never noticed it.

The exact same update problem or the exact same firmware version?
