Umm how can it not be Counterstrike!?

besides the fostex,sennheiser,and beyerdynamic, every other headphone isnt great looking. I understand if they need to be giant, but they dont have to be ugly! Jeez :D

Aghhh i wish i could love the design, but that boxy headband reminds me of the jecklyn float...

I added some Fischer audio Fa003 pads to my Hd650 and the comfort went through the roof! I took a old pair of pads, cut the ring off the back and then placed the fischer pads on them, added some glue and there we go!

I was tooling around on craigslist and found a pair of hd600 for 70 bucks! So they made a great gift to a great friend. He loves them. Hes putting a 3m vinyl wrap on them and from what Ive seen from then so far, they look awesome!

This was very interesting to read! I have a very similar combo with the Beyerdynamic t90 and hd650. Did Audeze Ever come into play or consideration when you were looking for cans?

This is exciting but I am not a crazy fan of the carbon fiber. Looking at most of the other high end audio products, You usually seen Exagerated stained wood. Kid of gives you that feeling of being in a Leather chair by the fire in your robe. The carbon fiber seems at least to me a little...

Sony has not been fantastic in their audio department lately. Really the 1r and 10r are the only premium audio products we've seen in the past few years. I hope they understand to put a lot of $$$ into it and understand that were willing to pay $$$ if its anything comparable to what Sony used to do

Apex Albite Albite is a clearl rock, it's natural formation looks a lot like the tube sticking out of the top of the amp. Also some great potential for puns.   "This little amp is no bark, and Albite!"

I think im gonna bring my mad dogs, Hd650, Pioneer sel40 , Kasso Yj-01 tube amp, and maybe the new decibullz iem. 

Thanks for the comments. And I agree that not every plastic earphone is bad. However they need to be of a High quality. ( How great can it be at 50 bucks ya know?)   . But I would Encourage buying the Ear Molds
