How does it sound ? .. what turns me off from the custom eq is a weird bug .. each time i turn on the player the eq is not active despite activating it before turning off ! .. and i have to go to setting and activate it again every time i turn the player on.. which is unintuitive 🤷

Actually it gains more than love for me .. it is my trusty device to measure other connected devices attached to it input source or a headphone or an iem ... That makes me wonder why ray is so silent for so many years ? .. no upgrades no new models ? 🤔🤔

Yes of course i love the sound sig and enjoying it from the release of the cassette walkmans .. Diskmans to Walkman S600 and E013 .. and still have them in addition to my X walkman and ZX1 .. and what stopping me from getting one of WM series that i can't afford them ( yet) That being said ...

Has any one tried to play with the acoustic filters that are in the nozzle of Hexa ?... Coming from shure SE535 i am familiar with the knowles filters .. assuming they are knowles filters .. different values gives different sound and this is the damper removal tool
