iBasso DX120 pure DAP player. Balanced, single ended, line out and 2 micro SD slots. FW 2.9.21 now out!

I've been having similar issues with mine. Sometimes I can get it to work by putting it in reader mode, waiting for the drives to appear, disconnecting, then re-attaching in DAC mode.

Quote:   Thanks again for your advice. I got some advice in the full-size section for some over the ears (KRK KNS 8400, Shure SRH840, Shure SRH940), but was wanting to see what portable options there were. Do you have any experience/thoughts on MS400 vs SRH840 vs KNS 8400? I think I will...

Quote:   Thanks for the advice. Before I came here, I had been looking at the E17 and the ATH-M50s since those would be a substantial step up from what I have currently and I figured that amp could last me through more headphones once I got upgraditis. My original concern with the E11 was...

Hello all,   I posted a similar post in the full-size recommendations thread, but I've come to realize that I'm after a more portable solution. I have a headset that I like for desktop use, so I was looking for the following:   Budget: I'm looking to spend no more than about $250 for the...

Quote:   I looked at a number of reviews both here and elsewhere and it seems that saving up for the SRH 940's might be a good option (even if that means putting off my purchases a little longer). I have a couple more questions:   1. I know this is not the amp section, but would the...

Quote:   Both leakage and isolation are important to me. I'd much prefer to have no leakage as not to disturb my wife while listening to music. Both isolation and leakage would be important for using the headphones out and about, e.g. on the bus.

Hello all,   I've been lurking for the past week or so, reading reviews and comments. I'm a newcomer to the head-fi idea and was hoping to get some recommendations for a good place to start. I'll try to answer questions I've seen other ask:   Budget: $200. Less is more, but if there's...
