Interesting, might convinve a friend to try those on a budget, would be an interesting comparison. I'm sure the Bose are more comfortable and foldable, but i'll check it out.

not a joke, the only headphones that have ever blown me away in terms of bass. I don't understand how or why and i'm not going to question it, they simply deliver so much more punch than any other full headphones i've tried, including Beats Solo.   All the other Bose headphones i tried...

Really? Am i missing something? I really dont find my PK3 that impressive. I must be just spoilt by canal-phone bass

i'm interested too, preferably the CX-300 II which are supposed to be more durable

Are the PK3s still readily available? I know i had to look for a while to get mine. Having said that, i find im always using the canal type earphones so my barely used PK3s might be up for sale

You're positivity about these has really sold me on them, i dont need new headphones but i think i'll give these a go, maybe they'll just make me want to listen more

D'oh! I immediately went for the donut pads thinking it was the best, gonna try them with full pads and no pads next time got to admit, bass is ok, but not a huge step ahead of other earbuds

I just got mine, running them in for about 50 hours before i try them donut pads are tricky but just wrestle them on! will report back in a few days when ive tried them
