not sure to be honest with you. Do you have any feedback for me as far as mtpg vs vmoda zn?

My mtpgs are showing signs of age/heavy use... It seems that I will need to replace jack/plug (I always get them confused) Ultimately I could get monster elements wireless. Does anybody know anything about it? I did not find a single review on google. Is vmoda warranty any good? Thanks...

Just a small update .... I got myself a new plug nys231bg and headphones work great. Iam so happy I manage to resurrect them. Playing with heat shrink wrap was fun too.  

I did but I also just noticed that speaker balance does not work with the headphones. It seems I need a better plug this one is too small. The cover for the plug came with 3mm hole I had to do a lot of pulling to get my cable through perhaps that is causing crosstallk.

So I just finished replacing headphone plug on  my mtpg.It seems to me that one of the earbuds is playing slightly lower volume. (maybe 3% lower or so) Is it possible that I did a bad soldering job? Not sure if I should get a new plug and try to redo it. I assume that when replacing plug that...

could somebody please tell me how these would compare to monster turbine pro golds that died on me?

I am still considering that or maybe just get a budget earbuds and wait some time for monster to posibly release new product. Question considering the fact mtpg is 5 years old would good budget earbuds from 2015 sound the same,better or worst? I would assume that there was sI'm technology...

ahhh crap my turbine pro golds broke. The connecting plug broke and I only hear volume in right earbud. Hmmmm should I try to replace the plug or replace it with their bluetooth sport headphones?

so what would be a good alternative to mtpg? obviously not from monster. Iam assuming that dunu is neutral sounding signature that I don't like.

Gold's sound more live, bigger sound stage and definitely more clear. Inspirations have bass overpowering vocals. Keep in mind I have the wired version that supposedly sounds better then wireless one. Inspirations are kind of shallow that may or may not be an issue for you depending on the size...

Are you sure? I spoke to monster back in January and they said that they do not plan on releasing any upgrade to turbines.

I have inspiration gold's sound better. Maybe you should go with dna.
