Fostex TH900 Impressions & Discussion Thread
Any good DAC/amp recommendations for a desktop setup with TH900? I currently have a Chord Mojo which has been giving me some trouble. Anything else comparable under the $500 USD range? I listen to a varied genre of music between black metal, EDM, and classical.- lethe27

Chord Mojo issue solutions thread.
Has anyone had the issue of the Mojo disconnecting randomly? I am using it as a desktop DAC and have disconnected the battery to prevent the device from overheating as it's always plugged in. Does anyone have a solution for this? If not, are there comparable desktop dacs that can provide a...- lethe27

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?
Sound quality is more important than ANC. I have an original V1 JH Layla as my main IEM, but looking for a wireless option when I'm out and about. I would also like for it to have decent/good battery life and mic quality. Android.- lethe27

Noble Audio - Introducing KAISER ENCORE and SAGE
I'm wondering how these would hold up against my jh layla universals. Just got them a few months ago, but the fit has been annoying me.- lethe27

JH Audio Layla Impressions Thread
HI Guys, Loving the audio in this little beast. I have my universal equipped with moon audio's black dragon and small "spin-fits". I do have issues with listening to it while on the move though. For some reason, the cable keeps slipping from the sweet spot within my ears. Almost tempted to...- lethe27

Chord Mojo(1) DAC-amp ☆★►FAQ in 3rd post!◄★☆
Could it be damaging in the long run to keep the Mojo permanently plugged in as a desktop DAC? I understand that it runs hot and I'm fine with that; just don't want it to explode on my face!- lethe27

Chord Mojo(1) DAC-amp ☆★►FAQ in 3rd post!◄★☆
Stupid question alert; I plan to use the Mojo strictly as a desktop dac/amp along with the occasional travel. Would I be able to keep the Mojo plugged in permanently? Or would I not be able to use it while charging?- lethe27

ULTRASONE NEW ANNOUNCED HEADPHONE Signature Pro
The right side of my headphone conked off yesterday. No drop, no abuse. It just... died. Even tried different cables, but didn't seem to help. Not sure which would be the best place to send it for repairs. I got it from a head-fi'er about a year or so ago.- lethe27

Headphones with no budget, used for laptop, smartphone, general travelling use
Definitely look into Ultrasone Edition 8 and Ultrasone Signature Pro. I'm sure you can find them used around the price range you listed. They are by far the best sealed headphones in my opinion for portable/office use.- lethe27

Ultrasone Edition 8
I'm sure there someone out here who has managed to DIY something that makes these ear-pads comfortably fit slightly longer ears. I would SO go ahead and sell my Ruthenium's and get Romeo's instead for extra portability!- lethe27

Ultrasone Edition 8
Are there any aftermarket ear pads available for these? My ears are slightly larger than the standard ear pad size for these. Maybe a size bigger than the standard 'ethiopian sheep skin' pads.- lethe27
