      Soldering yeah but not how to dismantle properly the housing driver and a good quality cable prolly will be a problem.   Now thinking about this I'm getting frustrated and maybe opt to buying a new headphones instead. :(

      I called AVL and they said that they only deal and repair beyerdynamic some other brands but not GRADO.   Thanks anyway Jozurr!
