The usual trick with this is to go through the following sequence: Go to the Home Screen Turn on the Hold button Press Left < Key 5 times Press Center > || Key 5 times Press Right > Key 5 times Hopefully this will reboot the device and play as normal.

I have daps that have a balanced headphone output (which sound better than their SE output). aptx HD Audio Encoding is 24- bit up to 48kHz sampling.

In case anyone is wondering: From B&W customer support - "We do not produce any headphones compatible with balanced connections. Only headphones designed with balanced cabling as their primary connection method will actually exploit this sonically."
