Best IEM for under $200 Canadian
right right - I'm usually pretty good with all my gear so things tend to last and look better under my tender care. The vsonic bass had me jamming for sure, and even the shure 315 was a bit boring to listen to and felt as though it lacked detail and fun combined. Hmm sounds like....- joshonheadfi

Best IEM for under $200 Canadian
tried them and I agree that they are quite nice but not as "full sounding" as I would like (meaning some better bass)- joshonheadfi

yeah kinda figured that the vsonic would be easily broken and/or falling apart as they just feel really cheap, but sound great. I've tried several different Shure models, and the v-moda vibrato, and the Shure are the best fitting by a long shot. Have not tried the newer sony's- joshonheadfi

Best IEM for under $200 Canadian
Update* Went to headphone bar on the weekend and tired a lot of earphones, and I landed on the vsonic bass edition. But I'm a little concerned about build quality. Can anyone comment on the build quality of vsonic?- joshonheadfi

Best IEM for under $200 Canadian
Got it, no I'm not a V sig fan then. Perhaps a good summary would be: I'm looking for something that has the quality of Shure, with a little extra bass. Bose - no Beats - no- joshonheadfi

Best IEM for under $200 Canadian
so I'm not totally sure what the "V" sound is except the equalizer deal, and even then I'm not totally sure how that sounds - off the top of my head. I know that the Shure 425s were excellent but not for me because I think they were geared towards audiophile, and while I appreciate the sound...- joshonheadfi

Best IEM for under $200 Canadian
I've owned: -V-moda IEM (can't remember the model, but they were black with a silver X), and the M80s - Shure SE425 - Jay bird BluebudsX The vmoda and jaybirds hurt my ear canals, and the Shure's were excellent but I always felt like the audiophile quality was not quite right for what I listen...- joshonheadfi
