Just picked up a sealed pair of these for £82 on EBay. Couldn't resist at that price. This site should be banned, frankly.  Thank goodness I didn't pick them up for £150ish at HMV.

Nooooo! The Z1000s were available on Play.com here in the UK for £128 6 days ago. I missed them, and they've gone now as the stock was limited. Probably because the Z1000s (and now 7520) have been discontinued.

Anymore thoughts on the z1000/7520 v the 1r guys? Are the first phones definitely identical in sound? Nope! Trying to find out which if either would be closest to the 1R. Are they good enough at isolating to travel on the tube with? Thanks.

The UE9000 is exhibiting a delay of about 1/5th- 1/4 of a second when playing videos through my iPhone 5. Music is fine (or at least there is no picture to watch, so no syncing issue). Anyone come across this? I'm seeing similar with my Windows 7 PC (The Sony MDR was the same for both devices...

Sorry to butt in, but which of these would sound most like the 1r? (If at all) I tend to prefer a mid-range emphasised sound, and like the mdr NC version in passive mode. Is either of these mentioned similar but on a higher level?
