Which dap are you using? Which music player are you using? I have the HiBy R6 2020 and for me I just touch that area and it switches between "List Loop", "Sequential Play", "Loop Single" and "Shuffle All".

Under the album art it shows "Shuffle All", this is the issue. Need to change it to "Sequential Play" to have the track play in order. Hope this helps.

I would start with an IEM cleaning tool, or something similar. Or you can go all in and get the 64 Audio IEM Vac. Then definitely alcohol wipes, just make sure it's only alcohol to avoid taking/messing up the IEM finish.
