I'd buy one of these in a heartbeat. This market is begging for an audiophile gaming amp. A Fiio device would clean up. Currently, the selection of gaming amps to choose from is pitiful. If you're a console owner wanting chat support, it's either a Mixamp or a Recon3D. All options considered...

Good news, Xbox One owners. The March Update adds DD 5.1 output over optical. Will download the beta when I get home from work.. I'm looking forward to dusting off my Mixamp and playing some Assassin's Creed or BF4 :)

Yes, I removed the 3.5mm adapter and tried plugging them directly into a different device. Same problem, sadly.

I am having problems with my HD595s. They were given to me about 8 years ago and I absolutely love them. They are used exclusively with my Xbox and an Astro Mixamp.   Recently, the left side of the headphones stopped working or, at least, the audio became very quiet, almost inaudible...
