Based on the feedback in this thread, I decided to cancel my preorder until some of the issues that concern me are addressed. Contacted support and they told me that they will not cancel my preorder because the shipment facility already has my information (even though my preorder still won't...

Haven't received mine yet (retail preorder) but reading the comments here is giving me serious second thoughts about canceling. I might wait to see if any of it gets resolved.
