Works fine for me (with an M1 Mac). Occasionally I have to disconnect the SE300 and reconnect, after a write error while transferring.

Ended up picking up an SE300 as well -- joining my SP1000M and Fiio M11S. Spent a few days with it so far -- mostly with music off an SD card but also some Roon & Tidal. The reports of lag / slowness kept me from purchasing for a while but I'm very happy with performance. UI is not as responsive...

Any (additional) comparisons with the SP1000M, especially for Tidal and Roon usage? I have an SP1000M and a Fiio M11S. Former sounds better but latter is faster & has less wifi issues with streaming services & Roon. SE300 looks like a nice upgrade from the now dated SP1000M.

Only a few hours in but I’m super impressed so far. Much better experience than Mojo+Poly and AK SP1000M for Roon and Tidal streaming.

Day 1 of owning the LCD-5 -- took advantage of the trade-in program and sent in my original LCD-X. Initial impressions are very good -- reminds me of when first upgrading from mid-tier to TOTL. I was a bit concerned with all the talk about EQ but I like the tuning as-is and with the Roon LCD-5...

That sounds an awful lot like an issue I’ve had with original Yggy with A2 and Unison upgrades. It’s happened twice, where for a number of days there’s distortion regardless of the source (both Unison and AES). Changing sample rates typically fixes. Almost sent it in for service the second time...

MX-VNYL balanced phono stage and Music Hall Cruise Control both arrived. Running unbalanced to the phono stage and then balanced to Freya. Background is silent and everything sounds tighter.

Moved my Sol out to main system. Swapped out the Mani for an old Musical Fidelity M1LPS and have a MX VNYL on order. Going to add a Music Hall Cruise Control as well. Re-setup the Sol this weekend. Got the 2M dialed in much better than when I first installed it. Sounding good right now!

I’m using Yggy —> Lyr 3 with a Tung-Sol 6F8G black glass square plate. I’ve also tried an old Sophia 6SN7. The TS 6F8G are my favorites in my WA22 but not sure about them with the Lyr 3. Maybe I’ll try a treasur globe. Would appreciate thoughts.

I recently moved my Freya, Gungnir, and dual Vidars from a closed cabinet to the top of my console. Pretty sure they sound better now that I can see them while listening. ;) Using CBS/Haytron 5691 in driver stage and Psvane CV181-T mkii in gain stage, eventually feeding Ascend RAAL towers...

I tried that just now. It definitely helps keep the weight on but mine still falls off almost every time I move arm back to the left. Further, the pivot point ends up *much* higher than the stylus.

Is it too soon to talk cartridge selection? I’m sure some folks have ordered some already. Leaning towards Denon 103R here. The 30m video definitely sold me on Sol. Polar opposite to my Rega.
