Quality Headphones for 200$ or Under.
Hahaaaa right on. I love over the ear headphones, without a doubt. But could I hear this kind of quality sound AND isolation in In ear moniters? Don't really wish to go down that road because of personal preference, but if it's worth I will.- Hiccups

Haha thanks for clarifying what I like, I don't know how to phrase it myself. I love a big soundstage, ever since I heard music starting to "seperate" and go outside my head like it does, I was blown away. My beyer's are closed and all, yet I still imagine the sounds coming from outside my head...- Hiccups

Right on. So i'm guessing to really change the game as far as quality goes, it requires a higher budget, correct? Such as: Klipsch Mode M40 A little gaudy, but look like they have great functionality and build. What do you guys think?- Hiccups

@Eargasmo The K550's do look very very promising. and MASSIVE. Haha, They would have to be packaged well inside my backpack, or hang well around my neck. I would have to hear them hands on to see what this broader soundstage is really like, and to justify the price as well. You have a very good...- Hiccups

Hello Head-Fi-er's, I am on the hunt for a new pair of cans, and have researched and researched for days to discover my audio needs based on where I am and what I listen to. I travel to and from school a lot, so home and school almost all the time, with extended listening periods for hours. ...- Hiccups

Beyerdynamic DT 770 80Ω sounds...eh. Amp noobie
Wow. I'm using the E7 with my computer right now with my beyer's, and it is really sweet. I can hear...everything. Like new stuff I haven't heard before as well. Truly a quality compact product, I am really impressed with how the soundstage has sort of "widened." Everything is spread out and in...- Hiccups

Awesome guys. It all looks legit. Thing is, I am very new to the amp scene and I don't understand what DAC is, having separate amps and such. PurpleAngel said: Fiio E11 headphone amplifier, $65 Dac Destroyer, USB DAC, sells on eBay for $50-$60, only for use with Macbook Pro, not...- Hiccups
