Has anyone used these before or does anyone know of any alternatives to the Kozee Rangers? I've been looking around at custom earplugs and these are the only ones that boost the human voice while removing noise that I can find. Are there any others? Are these good? Do they work as advertised?

Just took a double take at the ones you had mentioned joe. I noticed that they are not approved as a hearing protection device. Yikes.

Let me clear up what I'm looking for. I would like something that I cam use as custom molds for my se-310s and them take out the se310s and use the molds with a filtered ear plug for work.

Guess I should clarify. I'm using Shure SE310s and I need something for industrial ear protection

Does anyone offer one custom mold that can work with both IEMs and ear plugs?

I think that will change depending on scene from what I have seen Artizen. I generally adjust the compensation based on shot. Look at the histograph and adjust ABSOLUTELY NEVER ADJUST BASED ON THE LCD'S APPEARANCE
