Considering Beats Studio
Never mind...moot point. I assumed they had a Bluetooth dongle they could be plugged into anything. Instead, they have to be connected BT device. I don't want to be that limited.- Girevik

Considering Beats Studio
Ok, I'm ALMOST sold on the SE 215's but....I was somewhere this weekend and saw the Jaybird Bluebuds X. They seem to get pretty good reviews as well. I'm not sure if I want wireless or not, but can anyone compare them to the Shure's?- Girevik

Considering Beats Studio
I guess I've been using "in ear" all along rather than "ear buds". I guess I learned something today. Still don't know if there's a difference between in ear "headphones" and "monitors", but I guess it doesn't really matter. I understand that Beats isn't the only one with the replaceable...- Girevik

Considering Beats Studio
Are iems any different than "ear buds", or is that just the uninitiated's term (or shorthand) for iems?. I do generally prefer ear buds to headphones when I listen, but for some reason I thought headphones would be better for using with the board. Maybe it's just my perception (or bad...- Girevik

I haven't the foggiest what any of that means. I'm not an audiophile....just a regular guy looking for a good deal on some decent over the ear headphones.- Girevik

Considering Beats Studio
I came across a deal on some Beats Studio headphones and am considering jumping on it. People seem to either love or hate beats, and I wouldn't consider getting them except this seems to be a really good price ($100 "grey market" with 60 day vendor warranty or $150 with the 1 year Beats...- Girevik

Recomendations on Skullcandy earphones
Quote: That sounds like a decent plan, but from what I'm seeing the headphones I'm seeing on Amazon are in the $40 - $50 range new. Could I get enough more from the Skullcandy's to make that worth while? I'm leaning towards just getting a pair of the Hesh 2's and giving an over the...- Girevik

Recomendations on Skullcandy earphones
Yeah, I'm not looking anything fancy...just what I can get with my credit. Any recommendations between Hesh 2, Heavy Medal, and Titan?- Girevik

Recomendations on Skullcandy earphones
Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm not really looking to drop another $80 on headphones. I got the FMJ's for free with Coke reward ponts (I didn't even realize it was $70 ear buds I was getting at the time), and am just looking for a replacement for right around what I've got in my return.- Girevik

Recomendations on Skullcandy earphones
I had to return some Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket headphones under warranty, so now I've got $70 to spend at their web site and I'm trying to decide what to get. I went through probably 4 or 5 pairs of the FMJ, so I'm worried about durability, but I don't want to spend much more than the credit...- Girevik
