looking for an upgrade from my creative zen v plus. im into buying refurbished things so usually i can find stuff cheaper than the listed price. some things i've looked at are the creative zen, crezative zen x-f1, sansa fuze, etc. please help.

beats by dr dre hands down. $300 bucks for something that compares to the iPod headphones. my friend made the mistake of buying them and paid for it.

i recently got the sennheiser hd 428s. i want to know if they were the right buy for what i listen to. i like rush, mgmt, muse, death cab for cutie, system of a down, nine inch nails, etc. im pretty young, so i don't care that much. i just want to know what you guys think.

i would definitely consider buying grados for what you listen to. youre on the right track

i agree. at first, the bass isn't strong enough, despite sennheisers claim that they are their bass-heavy model, in terms of closed headphones. however, after a decent break in the bass comes out a bit more, although not as much as one would like. good buy nevertheless

right now on amazon.com you can get the sennheiser hd 428s refurbished for 19 bucks.
