Which dac won it??

FWIW I sold my LCD-2s (2nd gen I think?) and picked up a pair of 400i's. I can't say I miss 'em. They hurt my head from lack of padding and the sound signature really didn't grow on me. I think my Hifiman  EF2 amp was holding them back as well and I wasn't in a position to drop the necessary...

I went through a few USB cables before settling on the Audio Sensibility Statement which is OCC silver. Other USB cables that I own: Belkin gold, Wireworld Ultraviolet and the Starlight. I had a chance to audition the Statement for a month and it slayed them all so couldn't say no to keeping it.

My current rig that retails for over $600 but my cost was less since the DX50 was used and Hifiman had the 400i on a promo for $299 last year.  

Nice! I'm wondering how they sound though. $46 per record on Amazon and it comes Jun 3. This would be a nice way to start the summer!
