Yup. I'm one of those people, and I have the email thread from them to prove it. I also *overpaid* shipping, and they also refused to refund the overpayment, and I have the email thread to prove that as well.

I wonder what my $2300 would be worth now if instead I had invested that in [Apple or Tesla or "pick any hot stock you want"] six years ago....

So Jarek, a quick question... Is the fact that LH is offering IEM exchanges for Pulse or Analogue components an admission that LH will never ship these components out? And by extension, if LH gets around to offering some kind of exchange for Wave or Vi DAC backers that that is also an admission...

As far as I can tell, it's now been 3 years since the last meet-up in Calgary (the 13th Meetup in Oct. 2016). Is there any head-fi enthusiasts still down there willing to organize one so I have an excuse to drive down for the weekend? :beyersmile:

I for one am not willing to so easily let him off the hook. The last thing we need is for Larry to be able to claim that backers told him give up the project and somehow allow him to justify (in his mind) that it was then OK to do so.

Wouldn't that just be another kick in the balls....finally getting notified that your Vi Dac is shipping but you'll have to pony up another $500 to receive it. Edit: don't take this post seriously ;)
