I was wondering if I should pull the trigger on one of the "sub $100" offerings (i.e. Jlabs cmoy, FiiO11) but it sounds like I would be better served to wait and get something that will serve me well for the long run.  Thanks for the advice guys!

So far I have used MOG for their streaming service and WMP for my audio files.  I'll definitely take a look at foobar. I made the mistake early on of ripping my CDs in low-quality (128kbps) so now I need to go back through my library and rip them in either WMA lossless or .WAV.
