I'm not sure I have it anymore actually. But I love the UE10.  I have a nostalgic place for them.  They were my first serious investment into headphone land.  I joined HF back in 2007 in part because of them.   :)

I'd probably go with the the DT880.  Hopefully your amp is good for 600 ohms.  The K702 has a more interesting soundstage though.    Thank you :)

I've been living with the K812 and HD800S for some time.     Unlike many I don't think the HD800S is necessarily better. I would probably rank it just below the HD800 personally.  But they're very close, much in the way the HD600 and HD650 are.    The K812 probably would not be in the top 15...

Just thought I'd comment here that www.headphones.com is under different ownership than when this thread was originally posted.  I am no longer affiliated with the company, but in response to the OP, yes they are legit company :)

The only way I could ever continue it is if manufacturers donated the headphones to me and I would only able to add about 5 per year.  I would never ask or expect this, but that's the only way I could afford to do it.  I still have more than half the collection to reference to.  If ever this...

Just an FYI   I managed to get a hold of someone yesterday and they told me that they are presently experiencing technical difficulties with regard to their email servers and phone lines.

No such luck. I've tried several times each day for the past 2 weeks. Emails and calls go unanswered. Is there any other route for contact? About a month ago I was able to reach someone and they helped me. But now I can't get thru to them and I'm left with an AK240 that doesn't work.
