Was inspired to try my hand at this, but being a DIY failure, my epoxy casts keep splitting or cracking when I attempt to put holes into them...  

Recently got the PL50s and the large foam tips were a good fit, but the right one became too loose to stay on the nozzle after a few days of usage. The stock silicon tips are nonsense and Shure olives don't fit :(   Any recommendations? Looking for something similar to olives and stock...
