I love that on occasion when I turn that volume knob up more than usual, the 650s don't just sound louder, they sound better driven. I feel like I'm getting more depth of sound. I don't get that with my DT990s, they just sound a lot louder.    Edit: On the topic of comfort, for those curious...

  Wow those backfires! That thing sounds great man.     I finally decided to get myself a nicer microphone than the Logitech one I've had for a few years. Picked up the AT2020 USB mic from Amazon.

I've had my 650s for coming up on three years now. I'm still in love with them just as much as when I got them. They provide the perfect contrast to the DT990s I own. The pairing there has actually kept me from upgrading until I'm willing to spend tons more on the complete set up. Seriously...

  Sounds great! I would love the chance to drive and maybe own a vette. At least I have one of those vette engines in my GTO.
