Help Needed - Amp for around $300 to drive HE-5LEs
thanks scottiebabie - picked up an old H/K 330C this weekend and built up an adapter to run the HE-5LEs from the speaker terminals. Sound is fantastic, power is amazing, and cost was even better. Leaves me a good bit of budget for music, other equipment and maybe some mods down the road.- cff82uf

Need Running Headphones
So I thought I would give a bit more of a post on the yurbuds after a bit of an extended listen / run. My set-up is an ipod shuffle, standard ipod buds and the yurbuds. Distance varies, longest being a marathon. From the start, getting a good fit on the yurbuds is critical - too tight...- cff82uf

Aditya, Mine just plugged in and was automatically recognized but I am not on Win7. If you have another computer you may want to check it out there to see if is an issue with the DAC v the computer (also, did you remember to switch the button to DAC?). This link may help...- cff82uf

I'm a total noob with this but didn't the old amplifiers (70s-80s) put resistors in the output path for the headphone out? Maybe you can modify a Y cable so that one side is cut with resisters in the signal path - the 650s are 300 ohm so if you want to get to that level you could run a few...- cff82uf
